The Scottish Embalming Academy is an accredited CPD provider by The CPD Group, number 781416.

The course is only available in English.

No part of the coursework material may be reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior permission of the Scottish Embalming Academy.

The course material will be available online. You will still have access to this once you have passed.

Once you have studied each section you will be required to sit an online assessment with a pass mark of 80% (16 out of 20). You will be allowed to re-sit if you do not pass. Only after you pass will you be awarded the Certificate of Achievement via email. This can take up to 24 hours.

This course does NOT make you a qualified embalmer. It is designed as an introductory course and not as a training program. Practical embalming should be carried out experienced Embalmers only, or with the supervision of a trained embalmer if you are a trainee.

The Scottish Embalming Academy is not affiliated with any other course, institute or company.

If you require a printed version of the certificate, please specify this after completing your assessment by email. 

The course must be completed within 6 months (182 days) of purchase. Extensions can be requested at the discretion of the tutor.
